Yanping Wu graduated with a MSc in Accounting from the University of Birmingham in 2000 and worked in the Accounting department of a printing factory from 2000 to 2004.
From 2004 to 2008 she served as an internal audit for Kirklees Council. From 2008 to 2014 she worked as an accounting supervisor in a private school. In 2009, she obtained the ACCA qualification and set up the accounting firm.
